About the Role:
As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the direction of our licensed nursing staff. Your duties will include:
• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment by following proper infection control procedures
• Assisting with vital signs, feeding, and other clinical procedures as needed
• Providing emotional support and compassion to our patients and their families
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with vital signs, feeding, and other clinical procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with other departments, such as dietary and activities, to meet the needs of our patients
