Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailoring therapeutic approaches to fit their unique needs and goals.
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in treatment sessions.
- Educate and support clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies to foster resilience.
- Regularly monitor client progress, maintain accurate records, and update treatment plans as necessary to reflect ongoing needs.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical professionals to provide integrated care for clients.
- Engage in continuous learning by staying informed on the latest research developments in mood disorder treatment and therapeutic techniques.
- Participate in case consultations and professional development opportunities to enhance collaboration and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Our patient population includes individuals from various backgrounds, including homeless individuals, refugees, and domestic abuse victims. This role is crucial in guiding those who face significant life challenges and helping them regain control over their mental health and overall well-being.

Compensation and Benefits\n
