Front Desk / Receptionist (Permanent)

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually
Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
(Must be seated at desk and ready by 8:00 AM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, polished, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role requires strong communication skills, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors with a warm, welcoming demeanor
  • Maintain a polished and upbeat front desk presence
  • Order lunches, catering, and refreshments for meetings and events
  • Set up conference rooms for meetings (in-person and virtual)
  • Coordinate Zoom meetings and provide basic Zoom troubleshooting
  • Ensure conference rooms are properly set up, stocked, and reset
  • Manage administrative tasks using Microsoft Office, including Excel

Qualifications & Skills

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused
  • Polished, upbeat, and well-spoken
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • Strong knowledge of Zoom (setup and basic troubleshooting required)
  • Hospitality or hotel background strongly preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • No prior vacations planned at time of hire
