Centre Realty Group is hiring licensed Real Estate Sales Agents to join our rapidly expanding brokerage. This opportunity is designed exclusively for individuals who hold an active real estate license and are committed to growing their business in 2026 and beyond.
As a Sales Agent at Centre Realty Group, you will operate within a technology-driven, full-service real estate company focused on long-term success. Agents have access to over one hundred live workshops each month, providing consistent training, real-world education, and hands-on coaching designed to help you succeed at every stage of your career.
This role is not an entry-level or pre-licensing position. Applicants must hold an active real estate license and be ready to apply training immediately in a production environment. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and eager to sharpen skills in sales, negotiation, client service, and business development.

Compensation:
$80,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Qualifications:
- Self-motivation and drive
- Great communication and social skills
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
