Key Responsibilities\n

  • Utilize and apply evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with the clinical team to ensure appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support clients in their behavioral health plans, working towards proactive, positive outcomes.

  • Actively participate in organizational licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our commitment to quality care.

  • Serve as a liaison to community partners and relevant service systems, advocating for clients and fostering beneficial relationships.

  • Establish and nurture partnerships with local and state agencies to enhance resources and funding opportunities for mental health programs.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops, conferences, and representing the agency at state-related meetings.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is a mandatory requirement.
