Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Engage in crisis management by creating risk assessments, positive behavior support plans, and medication treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards by completing required records timely and accurately.
- Utilize and apply evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with the clinical team to ensure appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support clients in their behavioral health plans, working towards proactive, positive outcomes.
- Actively participate in organizational licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our commitment to quality care.
- Serve as a liaison to community partners and relevant service systems, advocating for clients and fostering beneficial relationships.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to advocate for the agency's mission and meet community standards.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with local and state agencies to enhance resources and funding opportunities for mental health programs.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops, conferences, and representing the agency at state-related meetings.
