• 2-5 Years of ICU Experience Required
• BLS from AHA
• ACLS from AHA
• Trauma level I exp
• Tele test will be administered on first day and it will be pass/fail. Fail could result in assignment termination.

Job Description:

Level I Trauma Center in Burlington, MA, is seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment, floating between ICU and PCU units as needed.

You will be a key part of the critical care team, providing exceptional patient care during the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with strong ICU backgrounds who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Float between ICU and PCU units based on staffing needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
• Document care accurately in EPIC (EMR system).
• Maintain and promote patient safety, infection control, and critical care best practices.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions
