Responsibilities

As a real estate agent, you will be responsible for:

1. Prospecting for buyers, sellers, investors, and referral partners
2. Following up consistently with leads, past clients, and sphere contacts
3. Conducting buyer consultations and seller consultations
4. Showing homes and writing offers
5. Preparing listing presentations and market analysis reports
6. Negotiating contracts and helping clients through the transaction process
7. Communicating clearly with clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and cooperating agents
8. Attending trainings, meetings, and coaching opportunities
9. Using CRM tools and systems to track conversations and opportunities
10. Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

Qualifications

1. Licensed or actively working toward getting licensed
2. Motivated to build a six-figure real estate business
3. Coachable and willing to follow systems
4. Comfortable making calls, sending messages, and having real conversations
5. Professional, ethical, and client-focused
