Job DescriptionAutomotive, Light-Duty Truck & Diesel Technicians Wanted
Stop Turning Wrenches for a Shop That Doesn’t Have Your Back
$35–$55 per flat-rate hour | Southern New Hampshire | No Nights | No Weekends
Carrigan Auto Group is hiring experienced automotive, light-duty truck, and diesel technicians for our Southern New Hampshire locations.
Whether your specialty is passenger vehicles, European imports, fleet trucks, diesel diagnostics, or heavy repair, we want to talk to you.
We’ve been family-owned and operated since 1980, with four locations across New Hampshire and Maine. We have the customers, fleet accounts, equipment, and steady workload technicians need to make money—without sacrificing every evening and weekend.
Our Average Employee Tenure Is Seven Years. There’s a Reason for That.
- Steady work: Established customer relationships and commercial fleet accounts keep the bays full.
- Strong earning potential: Earn $35–$55 per flat-rate hour, based on experience, certifications, and performance.
- No nights and no weekends: Work hard during the week and enjoy your life when the workday ends.
- Technician-first culture: Your knowledge, experience, and input are respected.
- Modern equipment: Factory-level diagnostic tools, updated shop equipment, lifts, and clean workspaces.
- Variety of work: Automotive, light-duty trucks, diesel vehicles, commercial fleets, diagnostics, maintenance, and major repairs.
- Continued growth: Paid ASE certifications, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance.
- Management that supports you: Clear communication, realistic expectations, and a team that wants you to succeed.

This Is the Shop You’ll Wish You Had Found Five Years Ago
You already know how to fix vehicles. You shouldn’t also have to fix a broken workplace.
If you’re tired of inconsistent work, outdated equipment, poor communication, or working for people who don’t appreciate what a skilled technician brings to the table, it’s time to make a move.
Come work for an established company that keeps the bays busy, invests in its people, and understands that technicians have lives outside the shop.
