At the Birthing Suite, patients have access to a wide range of birthing options from natural childbirth to full epidural anesthesia and any combination in-between 24 hours a day. And the individualized attention received with our personalized nursing care will provide the comfort, caring and medical expertise a patient needs throughout labor.
Department Information:
- 8 Bed Unit
- Ratio - 1:1 (active labor)
- 1:2/3 for Mother Baby
RequirementDescription:
- 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery / OB experience [REQUIRED]
- Fetal Monitoring Experience [REQUIRED]
- Previous travel experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- BLS (AHA), AWHONN, NRP - current and in hand at time of submission - [REQUIRED]
- STABLE [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- RTO MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - Please try to limit to 5 days

- Labor & Delivery skills checklist within past year [REQUIRED]
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past year of employment [REQUIRED]
- Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- Active AWHONN certification - [REQUIRED DOCUMENT]
- Active NRP certification - [REQUIRED DOCUMENT]
- License verification [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- RTO must be included in submission
