OVERVIEW
A hands-on, self-driven Commercial Property Manager is sought to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of three industrial properties totaling approximately 360,000 square feet in the Worcester area. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who takes ownership of property performance, coordinates with contractors, and maintains strong relationships with national tenants and their facilities teams.
This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to work directly with ownership while managing all aspects of property operations — from vendor coordination to emergency response.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of three industrial/commercial properties in Worcester.

Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, ensuring responsive and professional communication.

Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, roofing, HVAC, parking lots, and other contracted services.

Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting when feasible; coordinate external contractors for larger repairs.

Conduct routine property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Respond promptly to emergencies, including fire alarms, system failures, and urgent repairs.

Work directly with ownership to provide updates, coordinate projects, and resolve tenant concerns.

Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance and capital improvements as needed.

WHAT IT TAKES

5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial property management.

Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, roofing, electrical, plumbing).

Comfortable performing light maintenance and coordinating contractor work.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Proficiency with email correspondence and reporting.

Willingness to be on-call for emergencies and flexible with work hours.

Ability to build rapport with tenants, vendors, and ownership teams.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
