Qualifications\n

- A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, with a preference for advanced degrees.
- Possession of a current, valid licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n
This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
