Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

Provide support with walking, mobility, and transfers

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Build connections through companionship and conversation

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable home environment

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

Report changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Patient, compassionate, and dependable

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts
