Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support elementary students in grades K-3 with moderate to severe needs. This role involves working within an elementary school setting in Adams, MA, with a contract for the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Deliver one-on-one or small group therapy focusing on behavioral goals.
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and supervisors to ensure consistency of interventions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with children with moderate to severe behavioral needs.
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans accurately.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with school staff and supervisors.
- Availability full-time for the school year.
