Now hiring compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team.
$15,000 SIGN-ON BONUS – Full-Time
(Paid in installments: 25% after 90 days, 25% after 180 days, and 50% after 1 year)
Position Overview
We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time roles at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Concord, NH 03301. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality resident care while working in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Shifts Available
Flexible 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
Day, Evening, and Night shifts offered
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations.

Supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and ensure adherence to facility policies and care standards.

Administer medications and treatments including IV therapy, wound care, and tube feedings.

Observe and document changes in residents’ conditions and report updates to the care team.

Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.

Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary staff, residents, and family members.
Job Requirements

Active LPN license in the State of New Hampshire (or eligibility for licensure).

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.

Current CPR certification required.

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
