Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time role focuses on delivering specialized Occupational Therapy services, with a manageable caseload of 18 students—primarily in elementary grades. Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit
• Understanding of IEP processes and individualized therapy documentation
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and address students’ fine motor, sensory, and self-care needs within school and home settings
• Design and implement intervention plans consistent with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster optimal outcomes
• Document evaluations, progress reports, and daily session notes in a timely manner
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing student evaluation
• Provide training and support to classroom staff as needed
