Description\n
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Level II NICU role requiring at least 2 years of NICU experience and MA state licensure.

- Level II Nursery within a hospital setting
- Care for critically ill full-term and premature neonates and infants requiring complex medical and surgical care
- 12-hour night shifts, either 7p-7:30a or 11p-11:30a
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday required

Requirements\n
- \n
- Active RN license (MA State) required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Nursing Diploma, ASN, or BSN (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience required
- Strong assessment, clinical, organizational, and computer/charting skills required
- Must be able to lift, transfer, and move patients
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Must be able to complete mathematical computations for treatment protocols
- Two professional references required, including one at the manager level with a performance evaluation

- Ensure safe, efficient, effective, and timely care that meets the cultural, spiritual, and ethnic needs of patients and families
