About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to work with our clients in Medford, MA. As a Behavior Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting behavioral assessments, and providing direct therapy to our clients. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients and their families. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and needs

• Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions

• Provide direct therapy to clients, including ABA-based interventions and behavioral support strategies

• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client treatment and progress

Requirements:

• Master's degree in related field (ABA, Psychology, Special Education, etc.)

• Minimum 0 years of experience in the field of ABA or related field

• Certification or licensure in ABA or related field preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing client needs and schedules
