Cristallo Spa is seeking a qualified and professional
Hair Stylist
Nail Technicians
Must be licensed in Massachusetts, have a current or growing clientele is a plus. Compensation to be determined based on experience. These positions are a Part Time or Full Time position some weekdays and weekend days available. Your outgoing and friendly attitude and ability to handle a fast-paced work environment are essential. Position Summary:
Our Spa Technicians are responsible for providing high-quality spa treatments and services to clients, ensuring a relaxing and professional experience. This includes delivering a range of services, maintaining treatment areas, and upholding the highest standards of hygiene and guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional spa services such as nail services, hair services and other wellness treatments as offered by the spa.
- Ensure clients are properly informed about services and products, and help recommend treatments suited to their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Set up and break down treatment rooms before and after each service.
- Promote and upsell spa products and services to enhance the client experience and drive revenue.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay current on treatment techniques and products.
- Support a warm, welcoming, and calming spa environment for all guests.
- Follow all spa protocols, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in esthetics, cosmetology, massage therapy, or related field (as required by state law).
- Previous spa, wellness, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of integrity.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform treatments with repetitive motions.
- Able to lift and carry up to 20lbs occasionally.
- Comfortable working in a quiet, dimly lit environment for long periods.
