What You’ll Do

As a Field Technician, you’ll complete field work for Mortgage Inspection Plans throughout Massachusetts. Every day brings a new location, new challenges, and the opportunity to work independently in the field.

You’ll be assigned a daily territory with scheduled jobs and will work outdoors year-round in a fast-paced, active environment.

Position Details

Full-Time | Monday–Friday
31–40 hours per week

Pay & Earning Potential

• Training Period: $15/hour (or minimum wage)
• After Training: Piecework or commission-based
  • $12 - $24 per job

What We’re Looking For

✅ Valid driver’s license
✅ Reliable vehicle with current registration
✅ Strong work ethic and self-motivation
✅ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
✅ Dependable and ready to complete assigned tasks independently
