Key Responsibilities
\n
• Manage day-to-day delivery across Risk, Internal Controls, ICT, and Trust Center initiatives
\n
• Lead requirements gathering, process design, SOWs, functional specifications, and process flows
\n
• Manage enhancement and change requests, including feasibility, estimation, dependencies, and readiness
\n
• Partner with Risk, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Data, ICT, and global/regional stakeholders
\n
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, program plans, and governance documentation
\n
• Ensure requirements align with governance standards, cybersecurity, privacy, controls, and regulatory obligations
\n
• Support risk mapping, business impact assessments, and business continuity activities
\n
• Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance measures
\n
• Drive process improvement and workflow optimization across risk, incident, controls, and trust domains
