Job DescriptionCNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $24/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for caring and responsible CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to fill urgent openings in Sharon, MA! We want caregivers who are passionate about helping others and providing personalized support that makes daily life safer, easier, and more comfortable for clients in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities

• Help clients with mobility, walking, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

• Build positive connections through companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Keep the care team updated on changes in clients' conditions or needs

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in clients' homes

• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
