SYNERGY HomeCare is expanding its caregiving team in Franklin, MA, and we need dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join us! If you're someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in providing compassionate care, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

Help clients with personal care and everyday activities

Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed

Provide companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home

Follow individualized care plans and clients’ routines
-
Notify the care team of changes in clients’ conditions or needs
Qualifications
-
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
-
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

Dependable and able to follow through on scheduled shifts

Complete vaccination records preferred
