Job Requirements\n
- \n
- Current Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of telemetry nursing experience required
- Strong telemetry background with the ability to function autonomously
- ACLS and BLS required
- Experience interpreting and managing dysrhythmias required
- Cerner experience preferred; Epic or Cerner familiarity is a plus
- Must be comfortable working night shifts and participating in weekend/holiday rotation
- COVID-19 vaccination required; flu vaccination required with medical exemptions only

Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality nursing care for telemetry observation patients with a variety of medical diagnoses
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize changes in patient status, and respond appropriately
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care in a 10-bed observation unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote safe, efficient patient care
- Float within scope to medical-surgical telemetry as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Support a patient-centered environment while delivering care with confidence and professionalism
