Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are aligned with each client’s unique goals, preferences, and requirements.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and growth.
- Provide education and ongoing support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
- Monitor and track client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimum care.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care, advocating for clients' mental health needs.
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapeutic interventions.
- Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development sessions to foster a culture of support and learning.
