Job Title: Clinical Nursing Supervisor Acute Care

Location: Claremont, NH

Salary: $35.40 per hour

Shift: Nights, 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM (4x10-hour shifts)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Clinical Nursing Supervisor to ensure a safe, effective, and efficient patient care environment while providing leadership and direction to the nursing staff. This role includes problem-solving patient care issues, maintaining business continuity, and supporting staff development in collaboration with the clinical educator and informatics nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direction, consultation, and problem-solving for patient care issues
• Ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery
• Communicate any issues that may compromise patient care to leadership
• Support staff development through training and professional development initiatives
• Participate in quality, patient safety, education, and informatics efforts
