Sunflower Development Center is a BCBA owned and operated, multidisciplinary pediatric clinic providing ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services in a collaborative, family-centered environment. Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians/RBTs
• Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration
• Deliver services across center, home, and community settings as clinically indicated
• Monitor progress through data collection and analysis
• Maintain ethical, evidence-based clinical practice
Qualifications
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Licensed or license-eligible Behavior Analyst in Massachusetts
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs preferred
• Strong clinical writing and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable working across center, home, and community settings
• Reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass CORI/SORI background check and all required state clearances
