Responsibilities:
- Assist retail customers and service technicians with identifying and ordering automotive parts and accessories.
- Process parts sales, orders, returns, and special requests accurately.
- Maintain inventory, organize stock, and track backorders.
- Provide excellent customer service while helping maximize department sales.
- Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Automotive parts experience is a plus!
- Ability to multitask and work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
