Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be integral to our clinical team. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Conducting initial assessments to understand the needs of couples and families.
- Providing individual therapy sessions for each family member, focusing on personalized treatment plans.
- Facilitating couple’s therapy and family therapy sessions to address relationship dynamics.
- Identifying and addressing issues related to alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, work-related stress, and other complications.
- Offering strategies for blended families dealing with remarriage, as well as support for those adjusting to separation and divorce.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Your work will encompass a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges.
