We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Restoration Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a current Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification and will assist in providing restorative care to residents, supporting their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

Implement restorative programs as directed by nursing and therapy teams.

Assist residents with mobility, range-of-motion exercises, and activities of daily living.

Document restorative care activities accurately in compliance with facility and state guidelines.

Monitor residents’ progress and report changes to nursing staff promptly.

Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure individualized care plans are followed.
Qualifications
-
Current Vermont LNA certification (required).

Previous experience in restorative care or rehabilitation preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Physical ability to assist residents safely and perform job duties.
