Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and mental health needs, identifying underlying issues through structured interviews and standardized assessments.

  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients across various age groups, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Systemic Therapy to support their emotional growth.

  • Lead couples therapy sessions, assisting partners in enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and strengthening their relationships through focused interventions.

  • Develop and regularly update client treatment plans based on therapeutic progress, ensuring that modifications reflect changes in client needs or objectives.

  • Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment updates, while ensuring compliance with all confidentiality requirements.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and consulting with medical and health professionals to deliver integrated care to clients.

  • Respond promptly to clients in crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention to ensure their safety and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is mandatory.
