Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and mental health needs, identifying underlying issues through structured interviews and standardized assessments.
- Formulate tailored treatment plans by collaborating with clients to address their unique situations and therapeutic goals.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients across various age groups, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Systemic Therapy to support their emotional growth.
- Lead couples therapy sessions, assisting partners in enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and strengthening their relationships through focused interventions.
- Develop and regularly update client treatment plans based on therapeutic progress, ensuring that modifications reflect changes in client needs or objectives.
- Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment updates, while ensuring compliance with all confidentiality requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and consulting with medical and health professionals to deliver integrated care to clients.
- Respond promptly to clients in crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention to ensure their safety and emotional well-being.
- Stay informed about advancements in therapeutic methodologies, engaging in continuous education and training to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n
