Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Join our team at Champions ABA - MA, where every voice is heard as we work together to discover each individual's potential with compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Malden, MA. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized behavior plans for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
About the Role:

Provide ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, and communities, while collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to achieve treatment goals.

Design and implement comprehensive behavior plans, utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis to increase socially significant behaviors and reduce problem behaviors.

Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop data-driven treatment plans.

Supervise and train BCBA candidates, RBTs, and other team members to ensure high-quality services.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized behavior plans, in collaboration with interdisciplinary treatment teams.

Conduct assessments, including functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.

Provide ABA therapy services, including skills training, reinforcement-based interventions, and crisis intervention.

Supervise and train team members, including BCBA candidates, RBTs, and other staff.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and billable hours.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
-
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

Minimum 0 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.

Current CPR/First Aid certification.
