<p>We are seeking a Caregiver to become a part of our team!</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide routine individualized care to adult with disabilities</li>
<li>Monitor and report changes in individual health status</li>
<li>Provide personal care</li>
<li>Drive individual in provided vehicle</li>
<li>Take out in community</li>
<li>Provide opportunities for individual interest activities</li>
<li>Work at least every other Saturday 7 to 430</li>
<li>Work would be anytime between 7 am to 815 pm. Employee and Employer would figure out schedule. I would like an employee whom wants to work between 20 to 32 hours a week.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in home health, or other related fields</li>
<li>Positive and patient demeanor</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with individual</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
