Your Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living

Help clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

Offer companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home

Follow individualized care plans and established routines

Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Caring, patient, and dependable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home

Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts
