Two skilled OTs are needed to provide supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) across district schools. With both part-time (up to 20 hours/month) and full-time (up to 37.5 hours/week) schedules available, you can tailor your involvement to fit your professional goals. Each OT will supervise up to two COTAs, ensuring high-quality service delivery for students.
What You’ll Need:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
- Previous experience supervising COTAs within a school setting
- Depth of knowledge in school-based occupational therapy
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Demonstrated organizational abilities for maintaining documentation and compliance
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting approximately 7 hours of monthly supervision per COTA (on-site)
- Overseeing and mentoring assigned COTAs to enhance their effectiveness and growth
- Maintaining required supervision records and administrative tasks
- Collaborating with educational staff and therapy teams to ensure compliance and best practices
- Providing hands-on support within a dynamic public school district
