Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician/Custodian to join our team in Lowell, MA. You will be based at a newly constructed property with 52 apartments, and you will support other sites in the Lowell Portfolio as needed. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Participating in completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, custodial duties for common areas, and groundskeeping

Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff.

Participating in the emergency on-call rotation and snow removal.
The work hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation.
Your Qualifications:
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.
- Some knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and custodial work is required.
- Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Pay Range: $24-25/hour depending on previous experience.
