Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions effectively
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators and families
- Patience and adaptability to respond to student needs in real time
- Familiarity with data collection and behavior tracking systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 behavior intervention and instructional support to a first-grade student
- Implement customized behavior plans as directed by supervising BCBA and school staff
- Monitor and record student progress, providing accurate and timely documentation
- Adapt strategies and interventions to address student goals and changes in needs
- Act as a positive role model and advocate for the student’s success in the classroom
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and family members to facilitate consistency
