A leading mechanical contractor in New Hampshire is hiring a Mechanical Project Manager with 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial mechanical projects. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team with long-term stability and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from planning through closeout
- Develop schedules, budgets, and manpower plans
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project costs, change orders, and progress reports
- Ensure safety compliance and high-quality installation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of mechanical project management experience
- Experience with HVAC, piping, and/or plumbing systems
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with construction management software
