Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL deficits, developing individualised treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe discharge planning and community re-integration.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries per facility and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and direct COTAs and rehab aides as part of the OT programme.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Occupational Therapist licence in the applicable state.
- NBCOT certification required or eligibility.
- Minimum 1 year SNF or post-acute rehab experience preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
