We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly, close-knit team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy connecting with patients, and want to be part of a practice where your contributions are valued, we would love to meet you.
What We Offer
- A part-time schedule of 2–3 days per week
- Thursdays are required, with flexibility regarding your other days
- Consistent hours of 7:30 AM–5:30 PM

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an RDA who is:
- Licensed/registered as a dental assistant in Massachusetts
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
- Friendly, compassionate, and comfortable working with patients of all ages
- Confident in a busy clinical environment
- Committed to providing excellent patient care
- Positive, professional, and willing to jump in and help wherever needed
Experience is certainly valued, but we also believe that a great attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to take excellent care of patients are just as important.

Compensation:
