*** 2+ years of NICU experience required. ***
1.\tUnit Name: Level 2B - Special Care Nursery.
2.\tUnit Description: 25 bed unit which encompasses, L&D, PP, NBN, 2 ORs, 2 ANU rooms, RR.
3.\tYears of Experience Required: 3.
4.\tSkill Sets Required: Special Care Nursery & Newborn Care.
5.\tFloating Required: No.
6.\tRotating Shifts Required: Day Rotate is (7a-7p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a) with 1 Night of Call.
Eves & Nights Shifts do not rotate.
7.\tClinician to Patient Ratio: L&D 1:2-3 Evals, 1:1 active labor, magnesium gtt or EPIDURAL.
PP 1:3-4.
8.\tPatient Population: All.
9.\tBed Count: 5 LD Rooms, 12 PP, 2 ORs @ RR, 2 ANU with 4 beds.
10.\tCensus: Average daily census 15-25 mother, babies and labor.
11.\tEMR (Charting System): EPIC.
12.\tCertifications Required: BLS & NRP.
