This full-time role begins August 26, 2026, and extends through June 14, 2027, with a weekly schedule spanning 35 to 37.5 hours. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Vermont Occupational Therapist Certificate required
- Previous experience providing OT services in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with K-12 student populations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver district-wide occupational therapy assessments and direct services to students across four buildings
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students, supporting a range of needs from elementary through high school
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of all services and student progress
- Provide consultations, recommendations, and training to school staff as needed
