Preschool Teacher (EEC Certified) The Learning Experience Littleton


Location: Littleton, MA
Pay: $20$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday

About the Role

The Learning Experience Littleton is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our preschool classrooms focus on building school readiness through play-based learning, creativity, and hands-on exploration in a warm, structured environment.

This role is perfect for an EEC-certified Preschool Teacher who enjoys guiding young children as they build confidence, independence, and early academic skills.

What Youll Do

• Lead a preschool classroom in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment
  
  
• Implement The Learning Experiences play-based curriculum to support social, emotional, and academic growth
  
  
• Encourage positive behavior, independence, and curiosity
  
  
• Communicate daily with families about classroom activities and child progress
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and follow all health and safety standards
  
  
• Work closely with your teaching team and leadership to ensure classroom success
  
  
• Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
  
  
• Experience working in a preschool, daycare, or childcare center preferred
  
  
• High school diploma or GED required; ECE degree or coursework a plus
  
  
• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
  
  
• CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented
