Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.
ProCare Therapy is seeking qualified and compassionate paraprofessionals to join our team in New Hampshire. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting students with special needs and who have a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of children.
Responsibilities
- Provide academic and behavioral support to students with special needs
- Assist teachers with classroom instruction and management
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Communicate with teachers, parents, and other professionals regarding student progress
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting students with special needs
