A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A KTM EXTERIORS FIELD OPERATIONS SPECIALIST… OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- 4+ years experience in the Roofing Industry
- OSHA knowledge/training (Certification a Plus)
- Knowledge of Roofing Products, Siding Products knowledge a plus
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and job-site machinery
- Ability to perform physical labor when required
- Coachable with Desire to Learn
- Self-Motivated & Dedicated
- Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Team Player with a Positive Attitude
- Active Listener
- Comfortable with Building & Maintaining Relationships
- Attention to Detail Nature
- Computer Skills
- Time Management Skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
