A school-based opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support high school students in Nashua, NH. This contract position is scheduled for the current school year and offers the chance to apply specialized behavior analysis techniques to foster student growth and success within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect accurate data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and families to support individualized student goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with professional guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• Experience working in school environments, preferably with high school-aged students.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors appropriately.
