What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality, client-centered individual therapy (in-person and via telehealth) to a diverse outpatient caseload.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.
- Provide a minimum of 8 client contact hours per week.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
- Uphold the highest clinical standards in accordance with BAMSI, DPH, DMH, and CARF regulations.
What You Bring:
- Licensure: Must be eligible to apply for independent licensure within 2 years.
- Education: Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field.
- Skills:
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible caseload.
