Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN
LTC Therapy: Lowell
Lowell, MA
$35–$38/hour
We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Lowell. This position offers scheduling flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on residents recovering in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, upper extremity function, coordination, balance, and functional mobility
- Implement individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT
- Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the therapy team
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support resident goals
- Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts COTA license required
