Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the unique mental health needs of clients, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others, to individuals, families, and groups.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
- Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, facilitating access to immediate support and resources.
- Participate in community outreach programs, educational workshops, and initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health awareness across Springfield.

Qualifications\n

- A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related human service field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish meaningful rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with individuals from varying backgrounds and life experiences.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure proper record-keeping and client documentation.
