Who We're Looking For

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a school-based setting. The OT will play a vital role in helping students develop the skills necessary for success in school and daily life by providing therapy services aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and school-related functional activities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams.

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students.

• Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student goals.

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist

• Additional state-required certifications

• Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
