Job Title: Senior HVAC Service Technician
Location: Newton, MA (Greater Boston Area)
Compensation: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour

About the Role: We are a premier, highly established residential HVAC provider operating in the Newton area. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Service Technician who can confidently troubleshoot complex, intricate, and non standard systems. We operate a professional, non union environment where top tier talent is valued and compensated accordingly. We are looking for a true senior tech who can run complex residential service calls completely autonomously after a brief 30 day familiarization period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex residential HVAC systems.
- Navigate intricate, non standard boilerplate systems and advanced controls with complete confidence.
- Run autonomous service calls and execute high level diagnostics without the need for on site supervision.
- Perform standard maintenance and advanced repairs while delivering excellent customer service to homeowners.
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of dedicated residential HVAC service experience.
- Active Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License (RT number) is strongly preferred.
- Elite ability to troubleshoot highly complex HVAC controls and non standard systems.
- Strong track record of independent field execution and reliable customer communication.
